CONTEXT

Make simple and readable snapshot

The goal of upgrading Priority Dashboard is to give a simple and readable snapshot by area of interest.
 To alert and provide data in terms of goals, sales to date, account receivable and payments, all data in 1 page – the Dashboard. 

PROBLEM

Reports and Credit clearing

  • Agile sales report are not readable and simple
  • The Debt Repatriation Report does not have a prioritized access 
  • External and non-structured credit clearing system
  • All the screens are with full non-intuitive data to fill

Short questionnaire and interviews

I set up a short questionnaire to understand what is good and what is less. 45 users answerd it.
In addition, i had conducted 2 interviews with the Priority Placement Company owner and the other is implementing the system’s financial domain.
Accordingly, the personas were chosen and i have focused In solving their issues

BEFORE

  • Many different icons. 
  • For a daily bassis you do not get a sales report – you should look for it in mega menu or search pannel. 
  • All the icons look much alike.
  • No credit clearing include inside the softwear.

AFTER

  • Below the mega menue i create a another menue bar that is in daily use.
  • As a sales man you get sales report vs. goals every day: by merge information from a number of different screens.
  • integration with a built-in credit settlement system “סליקת אשראי”.
